符合JJG 818-2018 磁性、电涡流式覆层厚度测量仪检定规程
1、测力仪，分辨力≤0.1N；
2、基体（磁性或非磁性）:表面粗糙度Ra≤0.2 mm，平面度≤1 mm，其尺寸≥1.3f（测厚仪测头的直径，mm）
3、厚度片（板）组、检定台架、可调电压的供电电源， 位的交直流电压表。
4、3等量块、数显电感式测微仪：测量力≤1N，MPE：±0.1mm或光栅测微仪：MPE：±0.2mm，平面工作台：平面度≤1 mm，许凸不允许凹。
